Select your arrival date, the duration of the rental and the number of lockers that you would like to reserve.
Purchase your reservation by credit card transfer and you will receive a confirmation email with the access code to open your locker.

You can rent up to a maximum of 1 locker at a time. If you need to rent more lockers no problem, you can make another reservation.

Press the left button on the touch screen. Select the number of a locker available on the screen. Pay the first hour of rental. If you want to leave your luggage for more than one hour don't worry, you will not need to go back to the store to extend your rental time. At the time of collection you will be required to pay the outstanding balance of the remaining time of your rental without additional commission or penalty costs.

Not a problem! When you purchase your rental from our store we also send a confirmation email to you containing a copy of your access code.

Unfortunately not. If you arrive at our store after closing time you will need to collect your luggage the following day from 7am to 11pm.

Unfortunately not, your booking is non refundable.

Sure! After closing your locker, you can re-open it for the first 30 minutes after the start of your rental.

Leave the luggage accepts payments by Visa - Mastercard - Maestro circuit. Cash payments are not acceptet.
If your payment is made directly at our store, your credit card PIN may be required.
If your payment is made online, the additional security code (Verified by Visa or Securcode by Mastercard) may be requested.

Yes it is! Don't worry, all your luggage is covered up to Euro 350 by our insurance company. Leave the luggage lockers are safe, secure and are monitored by 24/7 video surveillance 365 days a year with an alarm system connected to a private security patrol. Your luggage is covered by insurance against theft, damage and loss for a total value of Euro 350 per luggage item. The insurance coverage is included in the price and insures all your luggage.
